It is amazing though how much better I feel if I just put on some blush before I walk out....I think we just need to take it a day at a time...try the little things....a good pair of jeans...a little blush...
- remember I am also giving myself this advice...so I hope I'm not sounding all preachy!
love you!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05480805404459797745noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4866042165369150257.post-746884075018156982010-03-22T22:20:20.684-06:002010-03-22T22:20:20.684-06:00I'm so excited to read your blog and catch up ...I'm so excited to read your blog and catch up on the latest! I'm totally with you on the fashion thing. It takes a lot of work and a lot of time! As for being around the house, I found some cute sweat bottoms at DI. I love the basic t-shirts found at Vanity. I'm a fan of Susie's Deals. Pretty much, I try to find decent looking clothes for cheap. That's about the extent of my fashionableness. There's always accessorizing. I think if you can have the right accessories (which are usually easy and cheap to make) it can do a lot to a simple outfit.Melanie Henagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04609453982913854768noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4866042165369150257.post-28787956001378834852010-03-21T11:18:07.041-06:002010-03-21T11:18:07.041-06:00I'm so there with you! Even though I'm only 7 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight, NOTHING fits the same! In an attempt for fashion this week I went shopping and tried 15+ shirts on this week....none of them fit right! Ugh. I'm hoping (fingers crossed) that once I lose the rest of the weight I may be able to find something somewhat fashionable. Right now its black pants, a shirt, and a light sweater....but warm weather is just around the corner...uh oh...Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05063965029057627671noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4866042165369150257.post-84748760105112035412010-03-21T07:33:23.143-06:002010-03-21T07:33:23.143-06:00Yeah I feel the same way and nothing FITS - I don&...Yeah I feel the same way and nothing FITS - I don't know if you do baby steals but the lilac clothing they have on their half price which is "maternity" and meant for after maternity as well - LOVE It.. I have zero fashion most of the time and being at home running after twins is really not any place to dress up, but these shirts are SUPER comfy and flattering and added bonus if you have more children... I LOVE them.. so worth the little bit of extra money and they go with anything.. skirts.. jeans.. shorts.. anything.. I am sure they will have them on Babysteals again and well they do have some on sale at times..

I sOOOO hear you on everything you said!JennyMayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16349135635261649243noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4866042165369150257.post-85618249082245713392010-03-20T21:44:28.332-06:002010-03-20T21:44:28.332-06:00It's a little different for me since I work ou...It's a little different for me since I work outside the home, but I know what you mean. I just don't have the time money to keep up with all the trends. That's why my casual wardrobe is mostly made up of things that don't go out of style: dark denim, v-neck sweaters, solid color t-shirts (Gap and Target have great ones), flats, and pointy boots. It may be pretty boring, but I have enough staples that I can pull together something halfway decent for going out on the weekend. For summer, I pretty much live in printed sundresses and flip-flops. All that being said, though, I have been living in sweatpants for my entire maternity leave! :)Cassiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08096840325414426054noreply@blogger.com
