This boy...
He can be so frustrating and trying sometimes. He refuses to grow up - doesn't want to get dressed himself, go to the bathroom himself, put on his own seatbelt. And he still wants to ride in the cart at the grocery store. It's so hard some days, because I just want/need him to have a little bit of independence. But then sometimes I have one of those moments when I see just how much my kids are growing up, and I want a piece of that baby stage back again. I know one day I'll look back on this stage of life and it will all just be a memory, and I'll long for the day when he wouldn't walk down the stairs without holding my hand. Maybe I just need to hold onto every moment I have!
