At a Glance {03/31/15}

It's a daily struggle - Camden will pull a chair over to the sink to play in it.  Usually I get frustrated because there are dishes in the sink and he's playing with old food and dirty dishes, but I decided to just clean it up and just let him play. It was wet everywhere and he was soaked by the time he was done, but he had so much fun.  Sometimes I need to remember to forget about the mess and just let them be kids.

These are usually the photos that never see the light of day, but as I was looking through them, I couldn't help but laugh out loud.  These kids sure do test my patience, but it's moments like this that make it all worth it. :)

At a Glance {03/16/15}

I received a copy of my next book yesterday - it's always crazy to see it in print!!  It's also nerve wracking knowing it's hitting store shelves in a couple months. Eeks!

We went over to the Harroun's for dinner tonight to celebrate Easton and Mike's birthdays.  The kids were so excited all day.  We enjoyed hot dogs and hamburgers and of course - cake!!  Easton was very excited about the remote control monster truck he got from nanas and gump-gump!
