Day at the Duck Pond

Finding ourselves with a bunch of heels from loaves of bread, (does anyone eat those even???), we headed to a nearby park to feed the ducks. It was our first time at this park, and we couldn't believe how many ducks there were!! Abbi had a blast, and had a few scares from ducks that were a little too friendly and wanted to come right up to snatch the bread. It was a gorgeous afternoon,though, and I think many of those ducks had full bellies after we were through!

I had to laugh...

I was setting up a shot for my food blog, which included a whole cob of corn.  I'm in the kitchen getting things ready, and the next thing I see is Abbi taking off with my corn cob in her mouth!!  Gotta love a girl that wants her veggies that much!!
