This week's You Capture theme is shapes. At first, I was thinking I would skip this week, not really feeling inspired. But then, as I was at my sister's house babysitting for the weekend, I started noticing all the shapes everywhere. And before I knew it, my camera was out and I was snapping away.
A few years ago, I really became passionate about photography. I took on a "365 project" - taking one picture every day. I didn't make it through the whole year, but I had fun looking for the little things all around me that inspired me to take pictures. But since Abbi joined us, I shifted over to taking pictures of people, and those pictures of "things" around me have become few and far between. So what started off as an uninspiring theme to me became a lot of fun - making me remember that there is so much around us and to not forget the little things.
I decided to just stick with one shape. And I stopped at posting 15 things, because really, you could go on and on and on. But I did have fun with this, and I'm so glad I participated this week!

hey.. you capture.. is this a photo place where you have projects to do? I would love to get back into having projects something to really stretch myself ;). They are great.. you are growing everyday. :)
